Narra Park Residences

This project covers the full home renovation, interior fit-out, and exterior enhancements for Mam Aileen’s residence at Narra Park. The goal was to prepare a space she could truly come home to—one that supports her transition into retirement here in the Philippines, with comfort, simplicity, and ease of living at its core. Inside, the home was thoughtfully reworked to feel warm, cohesive, and functional. Layouts were refined, finishes were updated, and each space was designed to feel calm and inviting. Outside, the scope included a fence extension and canopy installation to improve privacy, security, and day-to-day usability. More than just a renovation, this project carried a personal meaning. From the beginning, Mam Aileen entrusted us not just with her home, but with a chapter of her life. At turnover, she asked, “How can I bless you?”—and together with her friends, prayed over our team. It was a moment that reminded us that what we do goes beyond design and construction. We treat every project as our own—but this one reminded us why that matters.
