We worked closely with a young couple to update their newly bought property at Davao Executive Homes. Our goal was to make the home modern yet respectful of its original character, making sure every change suited their lifestyle and appreciated the house’s history. We renovated the bathroom, adding a stylish vanity and a big walk-in closet to create a personal retreat. We fixed the plumbing issues, installed an extra toilet for guests, and made the kitchen bigger and more welcoming. Each improvement was chosen for both its look and usefulness, helping transform their house into a home they truly love.
