Eastside Manors

This extensive renovation at Eastside Manors targeted a townhouse owned by siblings from the US and Australia, addressing concerns about its dark and cramped feel and problematic plumbing. To transform the space, we undertook a full makeover: the ceiling was raised to create a feeling of spaciousness, and the interior palette was lightened with white tones, accented by green colors and organic leaf-design wallpapers. The millwork and cabinetry were updated using light-colored laminated boards, enhancing the modern aesthetic. We also replaced the second-floor and bathroom tiles, overhauled the leaking toilet plumbing, and repainted the exterior, giving the townhouse a fresh, modern, and spacious new look.
