Project Brief
This project is a recently completed condo fit-out in Taguig for a family of three. They are returning clients — we had the privilege of working with them before on their home in Davao. When a new opportunity brought them to the northern part of the Philippines, they reached out to us once again to help make their space feel like home. The unit was not brand new. It had a previous owner and showed signs of wear and age. Our goal was to bring it back to life — to transform it into a space that felt fresh, clean, and elegant. The vision was clear from the start: keep things simple, but make it beautiful. We focused on clean lines, open spaces, and subtle details that create a sense of calm. Every part of the home was designed with the family’s lifestyle in mind. From the layout to the materials, each choice was made to bring comfort, function, and quiet sophistication. The result is a light and welcoming space. A peaceful place to come home to in the middle of the city. And most of all, a home that reflects the family’s journey, values, and the trust they’ve placed in our team — again.
