Abreeza Tower 2

This project is located on the 21st floor of Abreeza Tower 2, right at the heart of Davao City. We designed and built this studio-type unit with the goal of maximizing every square meter, creating a home that feels spacious, functional, and comfortable for a fantastic couple currently based in Spain. The layout was carefully planned to ensure a natural flow between the living, dining, and resting areas despite the compact footprint. By keeping the design clean and purposeful, we were able to make the space feel open and inviting rather than constrained. One of the highlights of this unit is the strategic placement of the bed beside the window. This allows the couple to wake up to breathtaking views of the sea every morning—a daily reminder of home even while living abroad. The window also bathes the space in natural light, giving the interior a bright and airy atmosphere.
