Meanwhile, our construction fees vary depending on the complexity and scope of the project. Our construction costs typically start from 25,000 to 45,000 pesos per square meter. This depends on the size and complexity of the design. Fastest we did was a 21-day turnaround - but please note that your swift response to our feedback and revision process plays a crucial role to the timeline.
This really depends on the size and complexity of the project, Condo Fit-Outs typically take around 4-6 weeks, while Home Renovations and Home Construction varies a lot from taking several months or even a year for big ticket projects.
